As part of our dedicated multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care that helps girls heal, learn, and rebuild their futures. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote), $72,300 annual salary, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
What You’ll Do
-Deliver individual and group therapy to youth with trauma, behavioral, or substance use challenges.
-Facilitate comprehensive clinical assessments, trauma screenings, and treatment planning.
-Collaborate with case management, education, and residential teams to ensure holistic care.
-Lead small therapeutic groups focused on topics such as emotional regulation, grief, and prevention.
-Maintain contact with families, guardians, and referral agencies to support ongoing success.
-Participate in crisis intervention and consultation as needed.
What You’ll Bring
-Licensure required: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (must maintain licensure).
-2+ years of progressive clinical experience, preferably in a youth or residential treatment setting.
-Strong skills in CBT, trauma-informed care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
-Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
-Must meet Eckerd’s auto insurance and driving requirements.

About the Program
Eckerd Connects’ Girls Short-Term Juvenile Justice Residential Program serves girls ages 13–17 referred by the NC Department of Public Safety. In a 4–6 month rehabilitative setting, youth receive individualized academic, behavioral health, and family counseling in a strength-based, non-punitive environment.
