Your Role as a Behavioral Services Supervisor (BCBA)

Behavior & IEP Alignment: Partner with the Special Education and Clinical Supervisors to ensure behavior plans align with IEP goals, promoting consistency in student support.
Behavior Management & Crisis Response: Guide staff on effective behavior management strategies and implement non-violent crisis intervention techniques when necessary.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Review behavior data, outcome reports, and documentation to refine and improve behavior plans.
Staff Training & Development: Assess training needs and provide targeted professional development to ensure best practices in behavior management and intervention.
Team Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with IEP teams, special education teachers, and classroom staff to uphold high clinical standards and create a supportive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
Active BCBA certification.
Preferred (Nice to Have) Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a special education school setting for intensive needs students.
Previous experience providing administrative support to other BCBA's and clinical programming.
