✓ Join a trauma-informed care team at the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center (JJIC), providing behavioral healthcare to justice-involved youth in a secure, developmentally appropriate setting.

✅ Qualifications
✓ Education:
 – Psychologist: PhD or PsyD
 – Psychiatrist: MD or DO
 – Psychiatric NP: Master’s + PMHNP Certification
✓ Licensure: Active Louisiana license in respective field
✓ Experience: Adolescent mental health in detention/high-risk settings
✓ Technical Skills: Proficient in evidence-based treatment plans
✓ Soft Skills: Crisis de-escalation, teamwork, cultural sensitivity

✅ Key Responsibilities
✓ Perform mental health assessments and risk evaluations
✓ Manage and prescribe psychotropic medications
✓ Conduct suicide risk assessments and provide crisis support
✓ Collaborate with clinical staff, social workers, and educators
