Job description

Radiation Oncologist Needed in AZ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
Work details:
· Patients per day: average 25 therapy patients and 15 clinic patients
· Patient Population/Age: average age 40 – 80 years
· EMR: Cerner
Practice Setting: Clinic

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
