Job Description:

Schedule:
• Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
• No call
• Schedule Requirements: Facility is looking for FULL TIME coverage only. Provider must be available to work 4 week stretches at a time. Provider can take some time off in between 4 week stretches, but cannot take time off within the 4-week block.

• Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? No
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding): 0-1
• Trauma Level 2
• Adult patients
• EMR: Aria
• Credentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 day

Required procedures:
• Conventional Radiotherapy
• 3D Radiotherapy
• External Beam Radiation - IMRT
• External Beam Radiation - IGRT
• External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
• Stereotactic Radiosurgery
• Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
• Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active IA license or Active IMLC - REQUIRED (not accepting candidates who need to obtain IMLC or IA license)
• COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED
• Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing - REQUIRED (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)

• Aria documentation - HIGHLY PREFFERED. Note experience at time of name clear.

• Full time coverage August to November
• Board certified is a must
• Inpatient & outpatient setting
