Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Practice Setting: Level 2 Trauma Center, outpatient
Type of cases and required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, three dimensional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), and Fractionated Stereotactic radiology.
Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC and Aria
Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
· Licensure required: active state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
