Radiation Oncologist need in WI

Job description

Specialty: Radiation Oncology
Start Date: 7/7/25 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: Days 7:30a-4:30p. No Call.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Details:
· Support Staff: APPs, MA, LPN, Physicists, Dosimetrists, RTTs
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Prefer 2 FT providers, but willing to look at ongoing PT support.
· Patients per day: hospital- 31 on treatment, 2-3 consults/day, Outpatient: 15 on treatment, 2 consults/day average
· Patient Population/Age: Adult-Geriatric
· Department Description: Primarily outpatient consults with occasional inpatient hospital consults. Patients on treatment will be seen once weekly during management visits. Provider will split time between hospital and outpatient clinic.
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: CT stimulation including DIBH, Photon Radiotherapy including 3D, IMRT, SBRT, SRS
· Skills Required: Should be comfortable with stereotactic approaches, Exactrac, motion management options (4DCT, DIBH)

• Clinic/Private Practice
• Hospital
Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and lodging
· Travel caps: Economy flight, $75/day for rental car, $250/day lodging.
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: WI. Open to licensing candidates
· Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
· Minimum Experience Required: At least 5 years. Should be comfortable to supervise APPs.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
