Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled X-ray Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray technology to assist in the evaluation and diagnosis of patients.

Responsibilities

Perform X-ray examinations on patients as per physician orders while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process to alleviate any concerns.
Operate X-ray equipment and ensure proper functioning by conducting routine checks and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of patient information, imaging results, and any relevant documentation.
Adhere to aseptic techniques and safety protocols to minimize exposure to radiation for both patients and staff.
Stay updated on advancements in diagnostic radiology, medical imaging technologies, and best practices.
Skills

Proficient in diagnostic radiology techniques and medical imaging practices.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately interpret images.
Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care settings is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
Attention to detail in executing imaging protocols and maintaining patient records.
Strong problem-solving skills to address equipment issues or patient concerns promptly.
