Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Radiologist for a hospital-based opportunity in Western Virginia. This assignment is ideal for providers who enjoy working in a busy Level I trauma center with a supportive team and no required nights or weekends.

Assignment Details
-Start Date: January 2026
-Contract Length: 3 months
-Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only (optional evening/weekend emergent studies if desired)
-Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (45 hours per week)
-Call/Weekends: Not required; optional evening/weekend studies available

Work Details
-Department: Level I Trauma, high-volume environment
-Case Volume: 30–45 cross-sectional reads per day
-Procedures: Routine and emergent inpatient/outpatient studies with some procedures required

Practice Setting
-Hospital (Level I Trauma Center)

Requirements
-Board Certification: Required (Radiology)
-License: Active Virginia Medical License
-DEA: Active DEA required
