Job description

• Start Date: April 2026- Ongoing

• Coverage & Dates
• Provider must cover all the following blocks:
○ April 6–10
○ April 20–24
○ May 4–8
○ May 18–22
○ June 1–5
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8a–5p every other week

• Practice Setting & Case Mix
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
• Setting: Outpatient clinic / telehealth
• Support Staff: None (no APP support)
• EMR / Charting Software: Epic
• Procedures / Focus:
○ Outpatient rheumatology care
○ Televisits
○ Bread-and-butter rheumatology cases
