Job description

• Schedule Details: Monday-Thursday, 8a-5p (8hrs) every other week.

Work Details:
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Procedures: Outpatient care only, plus televisit. Bread and butter rheumatology.

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d: BC Rheumatology
• State License(s): GA (required), not willing to license
• DEA Req’d?: yes, GA
• Years of Experience Req’d: 5 years minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Willing To License?: No
