Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Looking for one Rheumatology provider to assist with outpatient clinical coverage on a long term ongoing basis while we seek a new perm provider for this location. Seeking 10 days of coverage per month in a 5 on/5 off schedule, Monday- Friday 8A-4P. Could also accommodate a 3 day week if we were to find a local provider wanting to work part time.

· Skills required: Familiarity with intravenous therapies
· The provider placed here will need to be comfortable with pharmacy providing medication education and visiting with patients directly. Provider may need to assist with med management in tandem with Pharmacy. Infusions are not done on site, they are done at the oncology clinic

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days.

• 1-2 weeks/month
• No call or weekends
