Outpatient clinical coverage, long-term ongoing basis while perm search is in progress

10 days/month | 5 on / 5 off | Monday–Friday, 8a–4p

Flexible: open to a 3-day/week part-time schedule for a local provider

Board Certification required

Active WA License or IMLC
