• Start: PRN, sporadic dates

o 20-Dec8a-5p + night beeper call 5p-8a

• Schedule: 3 days of clinic, 1 day in OR, 1 day of procedures in clinic
• Call ratio: Every Day
• Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Ongoing vacation dates
• Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
• Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: 99
• Robotics: No
• Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active AZ License or IMLC, DEA
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
