• Location: Cottonwood, AZ
• Target Start: March
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: Clinic + OR + Call
• Schedule: 3 days clinic, 1 day OR, 1 day in clinic procedures with call every day
• Current open dates:
o March: 10-30
o April: 14-30
o May: 1-4, 20-31
o June: 1-8, 24-30
o July: 1-6, 21-31
o August: 1-3, 19-31
• Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time (will look at 2 weeks per month)
• Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
• Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: 99
• Robotics: No
• Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required) Disposable flexible stethoscopes
• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active AZ license, or IMLC, DEA, 1 year experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
