Available Shifts:
24-Nov 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
25-Nov 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
26-Nov 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
27-Nov 8a-8a 24 hour beeper call (Thanksgiving 1.5x call rate + 1.5x call back rate)
28-Nov 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
29-Nov 8a-8a 24 hour beeper call
30-Nov 8a-8a 24 hour beeper call

Work Details:
• Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned
• Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
• Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: 99
• Robotics: No
• Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
