Job Description:
• We need 24 hour coverage for our trauma center hospital. This 24 hour call coverage will begin at 7 am on 12/22/2025 and end at 7 am on 01/03/2026 at 7 am. This hospital requires PCF enrollment. This is the vendor's responsibility.
• Clinic hours + Call
• Temps avaliable
• Admission required
• Stroke Certified- Yes
• Outpatient/inpatient
• Must have IN license
• ACLS, BLS - Yes
• Will have support staff

1. Will locum be doing admissions? No consults only
2. Anticipated future needs/extension opportunity? Yes we are a 1 in 2 call; we need to be at 1:3 for adequate coverage
3. Decision making timeline for this need and when interview will be taking place? Within two weeks.
4. What is the name of the robotics equipment used for Urology? Davinci
5. Is this need requiring to see both adults and Peds? Yes
6. Is fellowship required or only preferred? Preferred
