ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2641438
• Location: Ellsworth, Maine
• Target Start: December
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: Full Time preferred, minimum 2 weeks per month
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) *No call
• Patient Age group: Adults
• Patients Per Day: 22-25
• Preferred Procedures: (Please let me know if you are not comfortable with any of the following)
o Bladder suspension, slings for female patients, prolapse repair
o Anything scrotal & testicular- hydrocele, varicocele, spermatocele, testicular torsion repair, orchiectomy, orchiopexy
o Anything endoscopic- DVIU
o Bladder tumors- bladder biopsies and TURBTs
o TURP and/or GLL
o Lithotripsy-ESWL
o Laser Lithotripsy
o Ureteroscopy w/ laser
o Stent placement/removal
o Botox
o Interstim placement, battery replacement, removal
o Injections of bulking agent
o Stricture repairs
o Circumcision
o Penile plication
o Laser removal of condyloma
o Pyeloplasty
o Cysto Partial Nephrectomy and radical nephrectomy would be optional as we do not have a robot- would have to be done open or laparoscopic Office procedures:
o Prostate Biopsy
o Vasectomy
o Cystoscopy- small bladder biopsy
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active ME License, **Will License, DEA
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered

• 2 week per month up to full time
• No Call
